You can disconnect Google Health from eFit or switch to a different Google account at any time.
When to disconnect or switch
- You connected the wrong Google account and your activity is not appearing.
- You changed which phone or tracker you use.
- You want to stop eFit from reading your Google Health data.
Disconnect Google Health
- Log in to eFit and open Sync Tracker.
- Select Unsync Fitness Tracker. Direct link: /dashboard/help/change-tracker.php.
- Confirm to remove the connection.
eFit stops reading new activity right away. Your recorded history stays in eFit.
Switch to a different Google account
- Disconnect using the steps above.
- Open Sync Tracker again and tap Connect with Google Health.
- Sign in with the correct Google account, the one that holds your fitness data.
- Approve every permission so eFit can read your steps and active minutes.
Reconnecting does not erase your data
Disconnecting and reconnecting refreshes the link between eFit and Google Health. Your previous activity records are preserved.
