The Reports Hub gathers thirty-one reports behind one screen. Everything is scoped to the courses you teach, so you never have to filter another instructor's students out of your own numbers.
Getting there
In the admin menu, choose Reports > Reports Hub, or go straight to /admin/reports/. The landing screen shows your active student count, your course count, logins in the last seven days and average steps over the same window, then the six report groups.
The six groups
| Group | What lives there |
|---|---|
| Student Engagement | Login Activity, Module Completion, AI Coach Usage, Platform Usage Trends. |
| Performance Analytics | Student Progress, At-Risk Students, Activity Trends, Consistency, Goal Achievement. |
| Class & Course Analytics | My Classes, Course Comparison, Class Activity Summary, Tracker Distribution, Enrollment Statistics, Semester-over-Semester. |
| Workout & Exercise | Plan Adherence, Workout Completion, Exercise Usage, Workout Progression, Muscle Group Focus. |
| Community & Engagement | Badge Achievements, Challenge Participation, Accountability Pod Performance, Forum Activity, Walking Journey Progress. |
| Advanced & Data | Fitness Assessment Results, Nutrition Tracking, Tracker Sync Errors, Data Integrity, Data Completeness, Student Testimonials. |
Where to start
If you only ever open three of them, make them these:
- At-Risk Students, in week three and every fortnight after. See Find students who are falling behind.
- Data Completeness, before you export grades. It lists missing data and profile gaps that would otherwise surface as a grade complaint.
- Tracker Sync Errors, whenever a student tells you their steps are wrong. See Tracker sync errors and data integrity.
Getting the data out
The hub has an Export All Data action that produces CSV for analysis outside eFit. Treat the download as student data: it belongs on a managed device, not a personal one.
