The Exercise Library is the shared catalogue that feeds student AI training plans. Whatever sits in it is what the planner is allowed to prescribe, which makes curating it the most direct control you have over the quality of generated plans.
Where entries come from
| Source | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Built-in | Shipped with eFit. The safe baseline. |
| Faculty | Added by instructors, usually alongside a paired entry in the workout exercise list. |
| Student | Created by students in their own logging. Worth reviewing periodically. |
The page header shows the current count for each source, so you can see at a glance whether student-created entries have grown to the point of needing a look.
What to review
- Movements that need equipment your campus does not have.
- Entries that duplicate an existing exercise under a different name, which fragment the usage reports.
- Anything inappropriate for an introductory population, particularly heavy or highly technical lifts.
Once the library reflects what you actually want prescribed, check Reports > Reports Hub > Exercise Usage after a few weeks to see which movements students are really performing.
